Drawing breaks for non-standard cell sizes #96

Drawing calculations on the field and next-block views appear to be broken for themes that don't use the standard cell size; next-block views draw the block at the incorrect size, and field views don't draw all occupied cells on the field.

Next-block view fixed by 3483dad91a0f0effc0d0d2bb77079c817b6df880. Field view still broken.

Field view fixed by e6c0caf05c6473b4643ed068cf68235e55a3fa9f; ticket will remain open until merged into master.
