Support Libraries Version (eg: 23.3.0):

Does this change any of the generated binding API's?

Yes, there are new binding libraries for LiveData and LiveDataCore

Thanks for this, but unfortunately we are moving to a completely different templated binding project model for 28.x and AndroidX, and this PR would not cleanly merge into the 28.0.0 branch.

EDIT:

Fortunately, we have bindings for these in preview and coming out soon to stable.
