Describe your Issue:

The license is not specified for this repository and the link to the license file in the readme.md file is broken. License file was deleted in commit 6ad1fd2000a848a5218a27719563bbe30c5d26f1.

Fixed. License from 27.1.1 branch added (lost in restructuring)
