Xamarin.Android.Support.Design Nuget Package Problem #139

Xamarin.Android Version (eg: 6.0):

8.1

Operating System & Version (eg: Mac OSX 10.11):

Win 10 Visual Studio 2017

Support Libraries Version (eg: 23.3.0):

27.0.2.1

Describe your Issue:

The Dependencies on other packages are all demanding version 27.0.2.1, but the other packages are lower versions, can't build my project.

Steps to Reproduce (with link to sample solution if possible):

Include any relevant Exception Stack traces, build logs, adb logs:

Dear @mhlkpf

Screenshots are rarely useful. Please copy/paste error messages or even better submit url to (preferrred) or minimal sample that reproduces your problem. Namely, for screenshots we need to read and sometimes to retype the errors and some of us are old as hell. Even zooming does not help much. Based on the error (my daughter read it for me), seems like nuget restore did not finish happily... Try forcing nuget restore one more time.

I did that but it doesn't help, It happens when I create the project =described on this webpage:

Check your package source? Looks like it's set to not Nuget.org potentially...
