Embed .jar's inside nuget not inside dll #171

We will embed it inside the nuget package instead via the targets file.

there is a build error:

Unhandled Exception: Microsoft.CSharp.RuntimeBinder.RuntimeBinderException: 'AndroidBinderator.MavenArtifactModel' does not contain a definition for 'MavenArtificatId'
