com.google.android.material package is not present which will work with androidx #193

Describe your Issue:

Getting build error when using androidx libraries:

Error APT0000: Error retrieving parent for item: No resource found that matches the given name 'Widget.Design.TabLayout'.

I can't use the android.support.design package because it creates issues when used simultaneously with androidx

I can't find the relevant package for the com.google.android.material which should include the Widget.Design.TabLayout.
