Update bindings for net6.0 TFM #518

Bindings need to be built against net6.0-ios TFM in addition to the existing Xamarin.iOS TFM.

@Redth / @SotoiGhost Dont want to be a bother, but is this something that is going to happen soonish? Or any idea of the timeframe? It looks like the android bindings are updated (at least Crashlytics) but not iOS. Crash reporting is high up there on my list of app requirements, especially when dealing with the unstable nature of maui preview.

@Redth @SotoiGhost This has been labeled "ready" for over 3 months. Is this something we can expect soon with RC2 of MAUI out now?
