Disable the bitcode when building the frameworks #579

We need to make sure that bitcode is disabled when building frameworks as it seems Apple does not longer accepts bitcode since Xcode 14.

This should fix dotnet/maui#10989.

@SotoiGhost no need for code changes, google has updated their pods, all that is needed is rebuild
