UWP GetImageStreamAsync has artifacts/corruption in the saved PNG #139

The squiggly line is the signature that I drew. The rest is just weird artifacts from other bitmaps/textures in the program that have somehow been copied into the signature image.

No one else is getting this then? It's a major issue on UWP.
