This should be rebased/merged after the resx movement PR merges. There'll be fewer conflicts then!

/cc @sevoku This means proppy can be compiled in an opensource MD build, which should keep everyone happy!

@alanmcgovern I rebased and pushed, and on the build server everything appears to be fine, but locally unit tests are failing. Are you seeing that behaviour locally?

Maybe the Moq or Nunit versions differ?

Looks like it may be VSM related.
