Localization is suspended. #783

The loc team is trying to reach out for weeks to any owner of this repo. I've emailed Michael Cummings on this same. This repo is not in localization because there are files pending to be approved: https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.PropertyEditing/pulls/csigs As mentioned in the email to Michael, at least one of these PRs created by csigs must be approved in order for the setup to continue.

I'm tagging this project as not needing localization. Let me know otherwise.
