MaterialComponents docs? #829

Hey Maintainers,

I haven't contributed to this repo before so I'm not sure about the guidelines, however I've been using MaterialComponents on iOS for my project. Is there an existing place for C# specific documentation for including controls in a project?

If not, would https://github.com/xamarin/XamarinComponents/tree/master/iOS/MaterialComponents/component be the preferred location to add documentation to? In addition to samples, the overall goal would be to add documentation similar to: https://material.io/develop/ios/

component folder was for old Xamarin.Components packaging. I would personally create folder docs, but that's me. You can start in components and we can move it if necessary. I will ask in the meantime.` thanks
