Android project doesn't compile, can't find resources for colorAccent and Theme #128

Errors like No resource found that matches the given name: attr 'colorAccent' and No resource found that matches the given name 'Theme.AppCompat.Light.NoActionBar' prevent the project from building and deploying. These errors come from styles.xml file.
