@JordanMarr Sorry for commenting on a closed issue, but I am also facing a similar issue and I wondered whether you had found what the cause of your problem was?

At some point I noticed the following error (which was not present in the phone log I pasted above):
0xe8008015 (A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found.)
I logged into the apple developer portal for both of the orgs that I develop for and found that Apple had recently updated their terms, and apparently they decided to lock all dev accounts until the new terms had been accepted by the org admin.
I am up and running again, but TBH, I wasn't sure if the original error was resolved by this and I just overlooked the relevant error message above, or if it just magically fixed itself and the accepting-the-terms was a separate issue. ¯\(ツ)/¯
Hope that helps. (edited to fix Shruggie's left arm)
Thanks for taking the time to reply, and fix Shruggie's left arm, but sadly that doesn't seem to be my issue.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
Should successfully start app after deployment from VS.
Actual Behavior
Shows Xamarin splash screen and then fails with errors. It was working yesterday, but as of this morning it crashes after the splash screen loads. I also started having issues where it would fail to deploy, so I have been manually deleting obj and bin folders a lot while troubleshooting which seems to help.
Environment
Build Logs
No build errors, but there is a crash dump in the Output tab. Here is the entire output:
