Need some updates

Xamarin app icon and splash screen need to be updated to use the .NET logo and match the purple branding present in the .NET MAUI templates.
Mac Catalyst and Cocoa templates need meta data to appear in the appropriate Desktop template category
.NET 6 template name and/or description need some differentiation from Xamarin templates
