In order to increase the group dynamic and the individual responsibility, a view should be available of the raters (by name, not by rate value) who have provided their rate.
The issue here is the anonymous raters. In case only 1 anonymous rating have been provided, this rate is not anonymous anymore. Solution approach: In case at least 1 rating has been given anonymously: it's not shown who exactly has provided a rate. In this case the data are already available in the dashboards.
Perhaps we have to discuss this point in our next call.
