[Windows 11] Weird XInput behavior for Port 2 #44

Just starting a debug camera reveals the issue - both analog sticks are set to top-right for some odd reason.

Will investigate further soon...

Actually, it was the GetAsyncKeyState acting differently on VK_NULL. It returned always high on the 15th bit for whatever reason.
