Hmm, everything looks OK. Any chance you can try using a different cable type (ex. DisplayPort) or different HDMI port on your PC?

Is the key supposed to be the same on both monitors?
The "key" should be different for each monitor. Are they showing up as the same for both your MD20641 and S24D330?

Hello, My Medion MD20641 doesn't change it's brightness after changing the slider. I also have another display (S24D330), and that works fine. I have tried other apps (ClickMonitorDDC and Monitorian), but they are either outdated, don't detect my S24D330 or just don't look as good as Twinkle Tray does. I know for a fact that my MD20641 has DDC/CI support because it worked on both Clickmonitorddc and monitorian.
