HDR brightness control broken #447

When enabling HDR in windows, brightness controls do not work.

Is there a workaround for this?

Maybe just adding a button to twinkle-tray to turn HDR on/off.

Basically I only want HDR enabled when gaming or watching a movie. HDR can stay off for all my 'work' tasks [spreadsheets, YT, etc]
