This doesn't seem to be an issue with Twinkle Tray, but rather a bug from the June update of Windows 11. After windows update, I have same the issue, too.

I'm wondering what Monitorian is doing differently. Because Twinkle Tray is unable to find any compatible displays and DDC/CI features recently. While Monitorian is still able to modify and display the brightness.
