Claim texts should also be editable somehow #33

The difficulty is that people might have already opined on the claim and their opinion might be different on the edited claim.

Possible solution:

  1. Allow only changes which "does not change the meaning" and enforce this via community policing somehow.
  2. Allow only editing of claims that no one (other than the editor) has opined on yet. (Same as with arguments and claims. But the difference is that forking is always available there, while we do not want to encourage claim forking.) So basically only right after creation.

Stack Overflow went with option 1 and it works well there.
