Players can craft snowballs into snowblocks #16

Players can craft snowballs gained during the game into snow blocks and glitch-place* them and in some cases, depending on the arena design, escape the arena be unable to be knocked out.

the crafting recipe for snow blocks should be unavailable during spleef games.

*glitch-place here means to place a block and have it appear momentarily client side before disappearing again hen the client is updated by the server that the block does not actually exist when the place event get canceled. As the block appears client-side for a moment, vanilla clients can jump on the block and get to area they would otherwise be unable to reach.
