AnvilSpleef: Glitches when player dies through Anvils #24

In some cases it is possible, that when a player dies through an Anvil he will respawn within the Arena and die again (but this time "for real" out of the minigame).

We have looked into this and are preparing a PR.

No response for over a month. Since I can't reproduce this issue, I'll close this now.
