Centralized file output in a single place. #30

This makes switching between local files, AWS, or FTP easy.

Note that I've only tested local output; AWS and FTP should work, as I've only moved the code, not changed what runs (hopefully), but testing before merging would be a good idea.

Sorry for the delay on this, been busy with work. I'll test AWS output Saturday(PST) and if it works, merge the changes.
