Needs smooth animation for fun & debugging

With current refresh rate of about 0.2fps, it's hard to tell water is actually acting like water esp. near boundaries. Also looks boring.

Fix it.

In ReqCheck, biosphere_frames: before: 3.7MB / 1.5min after: 2.7MB / 39sec

It's now 2.8MB / 5sec (actual data size is around 20MB)

Current problem is that the biosphere page leaks memory (see chrome't task manager), and dies at around 2GB (~ 10framse).
