frontend egress traffic of biosphere_frames intermittently drops to 100kB/s #20

Locally confirmed (using wget) current impl (gzip, random points test, w/ indices) is about 1GB/sec throughput. Also, difference between GET/POST is none.

wget and chrome download speed from bonsai-staging is about same, so it's not chrome memory issue.

I observed around 1.5MB/s a few hours ago, and my home internet is fine (40Mb/s, down).

Is it us-central-1b -> my home problem? or is there other systematic issue, like throttling, network misconfiguration?
