Investigate BiosphereFrames serving latency and minimize it #44

In http://bonsai-staging.xanxys.net/biosphere/5288786757943296 (0-2), TTFB is 600ms and download is 400ms. (compressed size is 24.8KB)

And for larger chunks, it appeas that TTFB is almost same and download time increases.

Why it's so slow? I want <300ms latency for smaller biospheres, and <1s for 99% of everything.

avg ping to bonsai-staging.xanxys.net is 144ms, so expect minimum TTFB of that.
