Removed the hardcoded paths and added some extra features #4

Hi, I liked your script. I'm currently using it for my OSCP course. I exchanged the hardcoded paths for a relative path folder (../reports). Also, I created a folder for the templates (so in the future we can have more templates), fixed some nse scripts that returned as error and create a setup script to include the reconscan on /usr/bin/, making it accessible through PATH variable.
