xcp-rrdd moved into main xen-api repo
Linux lxr has moved
qemu filename changed, use lxr as well for convenience
freebsd is now also available on lxr

TBD: tapdisk3 blog post is nowhere to be found, what best link can use?

Damned, https, www. and .html were really too much of a change for the Archive to locate it for me :smile:

also added a link to blktap repo for tapdisk3
maybe it should read "the tapdisk3 userspace implementation" since this is a xapi-project repo and not a xenserver one?
