Main ticket CP-49100 :Move python3 scripts from scripts directory to python3 directory.

Sub task CP-49904:

Removed exportimport.py from scripts/examples/python/
Removed exportimport.py from expected_to_fail in pyproject.toml

It would look like removing all those examples would leave the prospective user with very little example code left?

@ydirson , Repo feature/py3 is used for maintaining Python 3 code and cleaning up scripts that are not used in Dom 0. . These example files will be moved to https://github.com/xenserver/xenserver-samples/tree/master/python in the future.

@ashwin9390 it is common practice to keep examples together with the API they demonstrate, and moving such things from xapi-project to downstream xenserver is unlikely to help users find them. Not even mentioning that things can happen before the code reappears somewhere else.
