CP-49914: Removed monitor-unwanted-domains.py from scripts/examples/python

Main ticket CP-49100 :Move python3 scripts from scripts directory to python3 directory.

Sub task CP-49914:

• Removed monitor-unwanted-domains.py from scripts/examples/python.
• Removed monitor-unwanted-domains.py from expected_to_fail in pyproject.toml.

I did not merge all removal into one PR as Pau has approved the previous PR w.r.t removal already .
