Add depends gnome-online-accounts #6

gnome-online-accounts will install also gnome-control-center from recommends, anyway this was spotted and 3.50.0-4 added gnome-online-accounts-gtk as alternative, will be in Debian 13. @jbicha can you do the same also for Ubuntu 24.04 please?

I didn't see was already in proposed (the change to gnome-online-accounts recommends), now is migrated and is present also Ubuntu 24.04. gnome-online-accounts-gtk is also in Ubuntu 24.04 now: https://packages.ubuntu.com/noble/gnome-online-accounts-gtk Thanks @jbicha

Thanks @leigh123linux @Fantu and @jbicha, I was building and installing all of g-o-a while working on this package, and didn't think about this issue.
