Upgrade Linux to 5.4.1 - Githubissues

This upgrades the most recent LTS release of Linux, 5.4.1. No major changes. Mostly just:

dropping patches that are now in the mainline
regenerating the simplified defconfigs

~~Note: After #153 is merged, this should be rebased on master before merging.~~ Done.

The Wi-Fi is now functioning. There was one additional Xaptum patch that needed to be included in the kernel for the WiFi to work: https://github.com/xaptum/linux/commit/de00caae410fc0f19fb18cf8bb7d6b98da878eeb.

The new kernel also exhibited different timing behavior in some of the iproute2 command used by enftun-setup, so it needed some changes too: https://github.com/xaptum/enftun/pull/98

I believe that this build is now working.

@glfejer Could you please run the full sets of tests on Monday?

pings can be sent over the customer data network
changing the configured wifi networks works
fetching status from captived works
rebooting via captived works
mender can install a new update (after this version)
