Fix libopenssl url #159

The URL for the package changed to their "old" archive.

Would it be possible to move to the 1.1.1 release? 1.1.0 is no longer supported and 1.1.1 is their long-term support release (supported until 2023).

This doesn't have to block this PR, it can be opened as an Issue
