Upgrade OpenSSL from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 #160

Would it be possible to move to the 1.1.1 release? 1.1.0 is no longer supported and 1.1.1 is their long-term support release (supported until 2023). Moving from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 should be easy; it's ABI compatible.
