Added passthrough mode patch file. #174

Added a new mode to connman that connects to the access point, but doesn't run dhcp. I modified a number of files that probably don't need to be modified, but I seriously doubt that it will cause any problems -- I added handling of the PASSTHROUGH mode in places that might not need it for our usage.

I just notices this afternoon that the connection seems to drop occasionally. I have not debugged this yet.

@glfejer Could you open a PR against xaptum/connman with these changes? That'll be easier to review than just the patch.

The existing patch to support refresh is from the 1.37-signup-refresh-config branch. So maybe start a new branch off of that for your change.
