Finish integration of mender client

Mirza Krak (@mirzak) added support for the Mender over-the-air firmware update utility to our Buildroot. The bulk of that work can be found in PR #1.

There are a few issues remaining before that can be merged:

It relies on some changes to upstream Buildroot. One of those is now available in the 2018-08 release.

The second is still under discussion.

[ ] Work with upstream Buildroot and @mirzak (if he has any time) to get that patch modified and included in the upstream Buildroot.
[x] In the meantime, switch our submodule in this repo to use a fork with the current patch applied.

The device-specific config for mender needs to be updated as well.

[x] Update the mender-device-identity script to return the device id. This identity should be the IPv6 address of the enf1 interface:
```
ID={
IPV6=2607:8f80:...
}
```
It will not be available until after the enftun@enf1 connection is up, but that is ok. The mender client can't connect until that connection is up anyway.
[x] Update the sizes in genimage.cfg. We may require some discussion to determine the appropriate sizes.
[x] Configure the mender client to connect to the server of our choice. Initially, let's have it connect to a hosted Mender server. That will be easy to setup, and for our testing, the free plan should suffice.

Ultimately the mender client will be connecting via the ENF control network, so we'll need to self-host the Mender server on that network. But let's get this PR integrated, testing against the hosted version, first.

This is down to to just upstreaming, so I'm going to lower the priority.
