This replaces the PR I made earlier towards drbild/xaptum-buildroot. All requested changes have been implemented.

Note that in current xaptum/xaptum-buildroot, the rootfs_overlay configuration was missing in xaprc001 configs, so I added it again.

@dberliner This commit added back that directory, so it should be ok.

My mistake, I thought it added the file to common.
