mender-certs: update to version that includes prod certs #77

@zanebeckwith Thanks for adding the prod certs to xaprc/mender-certs!

Just you know, here's how to point our external buildroot tree at the new version. These internal packages we just use the git SHAs. For external packages (like xtt or enftun) we reference version tags instead.
