Includes the related xaprc package and has both xaprw defconfigs enable with the default wifi SSID and password.

No, I think keeping it simple by just supporting one wifi package is fine.

Next week we'll likely move from wla_supplicantto connman configs (we'll need to discuss), but that can be a wholesale change to the package.
