Wrong party information #1

For some people the wikidata information is wrong, which can be seen in this thread. The SPARQL query to wikidata in politicians.go should probably be changed to only include the most recent party membership, not any of them

not all party-membership-information is equipped with start- end end-time qualifiers on wikidata. even the discussed example lacks this information at the moment.
