[Feature request] Pop-up for creating, updating, and deleting the public hackmd-note #9

I would love to have a little pop-up when clicking the icon in the header instead of immediately sharing the note: Something like this:

When the note is currently not shared:

Share on HackMD

Publicly available: O

When the note is currently shared:

Share on HackMD

Publicly available: O Copy public link Update public note

When the checkbox is clicked the note is created / deleted via the API and the reference in the note is added / removed.
