can not creat command in command manager #100

version: Visual studio 2022, solidworks2019, Xcad.solidworks 0.8.0-beta.4670, .net 7(also tried .net freamwork 4.7.2), win10 system; I can not find my addinn commands in sw command manager tab, but the menu and toolbar is in work. because I use the special function of Xcad.solidworks version 0.8.0, so I can not debug with the source code of xcad. It seems you have not upload the new version of code. I find the property HasRibbon=false of the command in cmd_Grp, but I can find why this issue happened, would you tell me what the possible reasons are？ Thanks you，xarial

I have find my addinn commands now, it would not show by default, I need to customize the command manager to show the tab. A strange problem.
