Add commands from the add-in to the SW interface #96

Hi!

Commands defined in an add-in with xcad do no show up in the customize menu under the commands tabs (see image below, tested with the TopTenList2020 sample).

It would be nice to have these custom commands here in order to allow the user to place anywhare in the SW interface.

This seems to be a bug in SW. The buttons are actually there (they are just too small). You can move your mouse and you will see it allows to drag them as normal, but those are very small and no icon.
