[ ] Fully documented, including whats-new.rst for all changes and api.rst for new API
So I created this PR now, mainly to discuss where to add explanation on ordering, in/inout variables and strict checking. I am not very familiar with the advection model, and think I'd rather explain the sorting based on A,B,C processes or even processes called Inout1,In2 etc.
