@jthielen, when you get a moment, could you update https://github.com/xarray-contrib/xwrf/blob/d4afe7fe29fbc1715ee20de95c68ecfb6eca3783/.github/workflows/upstream-dev-ci.yaml and https://github.com/xarray-contrib/xwrf/blob/d4afe7fe29fbc1715ee20de95c68ecfb6eca3783/.github/workflows/pypi-release.yaml as well?

I believe those should have been updated here (see https://github.com/xarray-contrib/xwrf/blob/5f4eb224a1b1f8ed3c8acab18524bf7d2beb4dee/.github/workflows/upstream-dev-ci.yaml and https://github.com/xarray-contrib/xwrf/blob/5f4eb224a1b1f8ed3c8acab18524bf7d2beb4dee/.github/workflows/pypi-release.yaml)? Or did I indeed miss something in those?

Change Summary
As prompted in #84, this updates the copyright line in
LICENSE
, however, given that the package was not solely developed at NCAR, I opted to list it as "xWRF Developers" instead. Please let me know if this needs to changed!Additionally, following up from the transfer of organizations, I updated all the relevant URLs as well as
maintainer
insetup.py
. This hopefully also serves as a test of what portions of the CI work after the change.Related issue number
