当前版本好像没有适配linux arm平台 #3

目前看Blend2D模块好像不能通过arm linux平台的编译

看起来是Blend2D在识别SIMD加速支持的时候存在问题，我会设法加上一个NO_SIMD选项，并且测试一下arm平台的兼容性问题。感谢支持
