Remove sonarr, radarr, prowlarr packages #14

Since these packages are now in Gentoo, they don't need to be and shouldn't be in an overlay.

I've comitted the repo changes removing radarr, sonarr and prowlarr from this repo.

What would be needed to also submit PR for the other arr packages in this repo such as readarr and lidarr users requested that are available.

I was curious why only sonarr radarr and prowlarr were selected.

Lidarr similar to sonarr os a music media manager and was updated by Qstick one of the arr's community developers recently

I'll probably also get to it soon.
