I made a few updates based on @deverts feedback here and in slack

Mainly:

• Adjusted the links as suggested. One discord call out now points to the contact page, the extensions link now links to the dedicated clusters extensions docs. I believe @philkra was planning to update those to include the current list of extensions (https://github.com/xataio/mdx-docs/pull/358, https://github.com/xataio/mdx-docs/pull/343).
• Combined (not removed) the default cluster definition, making it less prominent and tying into the moving of branches story. My justification here is that it opens up new development workflows (prod on one cluster, any new branch on dev / shared)
• Reduced the text around SQL and focused more on improvements. I agree that the compatibility section could be broken out into one or multiple blogs, but I wanted to highlight both the improvements here and the query view specifically.
