Feature request: preset hand/pile to use for card drops #13

Would it be possible to add option to preselect hand/pile to use for dropped cards (thus bypassing the selection dialogue)? I find that most of the cases I use same pile every time I play cards, so 'hardcoding' that to settings would make card dropping a lot faster.

Maybe make a macro that plays a card to that pile without the dialog?
